Internship Sales Development Representative

Your new company I have recently partnered with a hybrid healthcare company that helps medium and large businesses to increase revenue and profitability by reducing employee absenteeism and presenteeism. They are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a crucial role in driving their sales pipeline and contributing to the company's growth.
As an SDR, your primary focus will be supporting and working closely with the head of client and partner acquisition to generate and qualify for new sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include targeted lead generation, effective outreach through various communication channels, collaboration with the sales team for strategic execution, market analysis to stay informed on industry trends, meticulous CRM management, and active networking to build lasting relationships. A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a B2B sales role. Sales Aptitude: Ideally a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a B2B sales role.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for accurate record-keeping and efficient workflow management.
Networking Skills: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships through networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team, providing valuable insights and support for overall team success.
