Some of your key responsibilities as our Sales Operations Manager will be to: -
- Develop, refine, and manage sales processes, automation tools, and CRM systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collect, analyse, and report sales data, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HR to align strategies, manage budgets, ensure seamless processes, and handle commissions.
- Mentor and develop the sales operations team, providing training and fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of sales technology platforms, recommending new tools to enhance operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements, stay updated with industry trends, and drive initiatives to improve data quality and compliance.
The location: This is an office-based role in our head office based in Twickenham.
