Business Travel Consultant - Out of Hours Required for this global TMC who focus on Music & Production. The role is homebased, they are looking for Out of hours business travel consultant experience with Galileo. Paying up to 40k plus benefits.

Business Travel Consultant - Out of Hours Duties
  • Working out of hours, answering calls, whatsapp messages and emails from clients in a polite, efficient, and professional manner
  • Primarily covering the emergency phone but also to act as a Tour Assistant and give admin support to the day teams
  • Working in a fast paced environment, with Entertainment and Music clients advantageous
  • Maintain the outstanding level of customer service provided by the 'day' team
  • Sourcing the best and most cost-effective worldwide routes booking all flights, rail, hotel and all ground product using Galileo


Business Travel Consultant - Out of Hours Skills Required:

  • Previous Out of hours experience
  • Knowledgeable on Galileo or another GDS system
  • Good geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines
  • Comfortable working, communicating and replying quickly over WhatsApp/Email
  • Able to speak directly to artists and liaise with promotors/tour managers


Additional information

  • 4 shifts per week, Thursday to Sunday
  • Shift patterns 8pm to 6am
  • Currently one full weekend off every 5/6
  • Paying up to 40,000
  • 25 days annual leave Plus Bank Holidays
