Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Travel Consultant to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and travel solutions to our corporate clients outside of normal working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and assistance to clients on all aspects of business travel, including booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
- Work closely with our day team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of travel operations.
- Utilize your knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus to research and book the best travel options for our clients.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of travel bookings and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with our senior management team to identify and mitigate potential travel risks and disruptions.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to complex travel problems, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in business travel operations.
- Excellent knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus, with the ability to navigate complex travel systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
