Job Title: Business to Business Travel Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business to Business Travel Consultant to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As a Business to Business Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for handling travel enquiries and making reservations across various vendor categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure that all travel enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, exceeding client expectations.
  2. Make and manage reservations for air, rail, car, and accommodation in accordance with processes and policies.
  3. Verify that reservations adhere to customer policies, processes, and SLAs at all times.
Requirements:
  1. Proficiency in using travel booking technologies, including Travelport (Galileo), Amadeus, Evolvi, and Conferma.
  2. Strong product and geographical knowledge, with the ability to upsell additional services to ensure the completeness of reservations.
Working Hours:

This is a part-time position, requiring 16 hours of work per week. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 17:00 to 22:00, and Saturday to Sunday, 08:00 to 22:00.
