Having recently been acquired by the Edison Chouest family of companies, we have been provided with a remarkable opportunity for growth and innovation, and have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Engineer to join our team, based in Westhill.

 The ideal candidate will provide support to the Commercial department in tender preparation along with supporting the Operations team in relation to project commercial issues. Prepare and collate budget proposals and tenders, including associated subcontractor and supplier proposals (where applicable) in accordance with our internal management systems
Prepare commercial and collate contractual & technical deliverables for inclusion in client tender submissions (i.e. commercial, contractual, and technical qualifications) with support from other departments where required
Maintain commercial databases such as CRM
Lead the handover process between Commercial and Operations of all relevant commercial and contractual documents including a detailed review of the tender risk register
Provide ongoing support to the operations team in relation to the commercial issues that arise on project and working with the Project Manager to identify efficiencies to increase the margin
Ensure the accuracy of project invoicing on a monthly basis
Educated to degree level, preferably with business related degree.
