Key Responsibilities- Support the Commercial department in tender preparation, including budget proposals and subcontractor/supplier proposals.
- Prepare detailed tender price estimates and maintain clarification registers for tenders.
- Collate commercial and contractual deliverables for client tender submissions, working with other departments as needed.
- Draft and negotiate Call Offs to established contracts.
- Maintain commercial databases and lead the handover process between Commercial and Operations.
- Provide ongoing support to the operations team on commercial issues and work with Project Managers to identify efficiencies.
- Ensure project invoicing accuracy on a monthly basis.
- Work with Supply Chain to evaluate supplier management and strategic partnerships.
- Several years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience operating in global jurisdictions is desirable.
- Educated to degree level, preferably with a business-related degree.
