Head of IT Demand & Planning
Chiswick, London – Hybrid working in line with business demands.
In this role, you will define, implement and embed the core principles of IT Demand Management & Capacity Planning within a global portfolio. Reporting into the IT Solutions Director, you will develop a demand management and capacity planning framework underpinned by robust processes, procedures and effective reporting suite, while also creating and managing the IT roadmap for change.
Define a single process for stakeholders and customers to engage the Demand planning Practice for Technology resource requirements.
Work with stakeholders of varying levels including Executive Board members, and Business Unit Directors.
Ensure an effective demand management and capacity planning communications plan is developed and maintained.
Ensure IT Demand Management, Capacity Planning team and Enterprise PMO team(s) work collaboratively and identify potential conflicts.
Take ownership of demand management and resource management tooling within the IT portfolio and assess for effectiveness ensuring they are fit for purpose.
Implement quality control frameworks and guidelines to ensure consistent and quality artifacts and outcomes for the Demand Planning process.
Extensive experience operating at a senior level within a PMO Demand & Planning role.
High level of experiencing developing, implementing and maintaining processes relating to PMO Demand & Capacity.
Broad understanding of the IT landscape and how roles interact within IT projects and portfolios.
Proven experience working effectively with stakeholders up to Executive Board level.
