Marketing Strategy Role

We are seeking a talented Head of Marketing Strategy to join our team at House of CB. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an annual marketing calendar, working closely with our founder and stakeholders to outline strategies that expand our reach and build brand affinity.

• Collaborate with our creative, marketing, and sales teams to create advertising campaigns and promotions that drive results.

• Develop and manage marketing budgets to inform our marketing strategies and ensure effective ROI.

• Oversee the coordination of marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful execution.

• Communicate the marketing plan with our head of marketing and team, ensuring alignment and effective execution.

• Develop go-to-market strategies and tactics to drive meaningful launches that deliver on key KPIs and scale to key business priorities.

• Ideate and lead global marketing strategies across creative campaigns, partnerships, and retail to expand our international market presence and awareness.

• Ideate and execute on creative, out-of-the-box partnerships that anchor brand messaging and content.

• Coordinate with our head of marketing and team across marketing verticals, supporting them in channel expertise and 360 strategic thinking.

• Outline short-term and long-term KPIs for social media and ecommerce, tracking data on social platforms and Google Analytics to analyze and translate into consumer insights.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of senior-level marketing experience, preferably within the fashion or beauty industry.

• Proven experience creating and developing a marketing strategy from start-up to scale-up would be highly desirable.

• Extremely strong skills across all areas of marketing, including digital, shopper, content, copywriting, print, social media, brand, and campaigns.

• Strong leadership experience, with experience in recruiting and managing a team.

• Proven experience managing a marketing budget.
