About the job
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven individual to manage the key accounts of a growing business across the East Midlands.
Specializing in Environmental, Recycling & Waste Management solutions critical to industry, the company has quickly become one of the most important service providers in the country.
As the Regional account manager for the East midlands, you will manage a portfolio of key accounts while actively looking for opportunities to expand the business through innovative service offerings and secure new accounts. You will be an integral part of the team, and will collaborate with internal teams to refine processes, and develop the strategic growth of the business.
This will be a field based position, working remotely and traveling to meet clients as required around the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts to actively further growth.
- Develop, Deliver & Promote innovative new service offerings.
- Work closely with the Internal Sales Team (CSEs) to maximize opportunities for the Group, including performing site visits to support internal sales as required.
- Research, identify and develop new potential customers & market opportunities.
- Work with key stakeholders for the response to bids and tenders.
Qualifications And Experience:
- Proven experience in an Account Management or similar position.
- Knowledge of the Environmental / Waste Management sector.
- Ability to effectively build relationships, and effectively negotiate.
- Degree in Chemistry or a similar, relevant field would be advantageous.
