Description
In this role as an Account Director, you will need to be someone who can bring high energy and resilience to be able to handle any difficult challenge or project that comes your way. You'll be leading across a mixture of large and small accounts and some of your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing a truly great team of Account Managers, instilling confidence, and passion into the team
- Ensuring clients are kept fully aware of the brilliant campaigns the agency do and the impact that the agency could be on their brand (focusing on brand development)
- Providing top-notch client service skills, building, and gaining a strong relationship with all clients
- Managing a varied portfolio of clients and giving your expert advice and skills offering a consultative approach
Experience
- a proven Account Director with experience across B2B and B2C accounts ideally
- confident and skilled in leading and managing teams
- the ability to work with senior level clients
Remuneration
- £45-60k depending on experience
- remote working
