Head of Marketing

Are you experienced in growing and managing teams?

MacGregor Black is currently partnering with an Innovative Healthcare brand on the search for a Head of Marketing. This is a permanent role, offering hybrid working based in Reading.

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for building and delivering the marketing strategy of the brand, a crucial role as the business looks to achieve significant growth across their channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build the brand’s marketing vision & strategy, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team
  • Deliver the strategy in a consistent and effective manner creating sustainable business growth.
  • Create and evolve the online & offline marketing calendar, identifying opportunities to both raise brand awareness and improve brand image.
  • Define and deliver the communications strategy, considering all stages of the consumer journey to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Take full ownership of the marketing & advertising budget ensuring ROI across both the D2C and B2B channels.
  • Measure consumer insights to create consumer led campaigns and share across the wider business, contributing to, for example, sales and product development.

What are we looking for?

  • 3-5 years marketing manager experience
  • Experience working with an FMCG or Consumer products
  • Experience in a multi-channel business
  • Strong digital marketing experience
  • An adaptable tone of voice
  • A confident individual, who can be the marketing champion across the business
  • Degree in Marketing is preferred but not essential
