The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in the UK. As a vital part of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy, ensuring we maintain our position as a leader in the private label and branded food category.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Lead a high-performing marketing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they are equipped to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to stay ahead of the competition
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or Senior Marketing Manager in the food industry
  • Strong understanding of the private label and branded food category
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth
