Job Title: Associate Professor in Marketing

We are seeking an exceptional academic with a strong international research profile and teaching excellence in Marketing. The successful candidate will join our dynamic and ambitious business school, contributing to the development of innovative teaching and research in the area of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality teaching and research in Marketing, with a focus on Digital Marketing and Sustainable Consumer Behaviour.
  • Contribute to the development of new programmes and courses in Marketing, ensuring they are relevant and engaging for students.
  • Engage in collaborative research with colleagues, industry partners, and external stakeholders to advance knowledge and practice in Marketing.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior academics and students, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of research and teaching excellence in Marketing, with a focus on Digital Marketing and Sustainable Consumer Behaviour.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, students, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
