Do you have track record of growing brands in a retail environment?

MacGregor Black is currently partnering with an Innovative Healthcare brand on the search for a Head of Marketing. This is a permanent role, offering hybrid working based in Reading.

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for building and delivering the marketing strategy of the brand, a crucial role as the business looks to achieve significant growth across their channels.

Build the brand’s marketing vision & strategy, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team
Create and evolve the online & offline marketing calendar, identifying opportunities to both raise brand awareness and improve brand image.
Take full ownership of the marketing & advertising budget ensuring ROI across both the D2C and B2B channels.
3-5 years marketing manager experience
~ Experience working with an FMCG or Consumer products
~ Strong digital marketing experience
~ A confident individual, who can be the marketing champion across the business
~ Degree in Marketing is preferred but not essential
