**Summary of the role**:
Our Client Services Team are the face of Blend - they’re great ambassadors for the company and trusted advisors to our clients on all things marketing. We’re seeking someone who’s ambitious and polished and who can manage and fortify solid client relationships. This role will be pivotal in our continued growth, so we’re looking for someone who wants to join us on our journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client relationship building and management - you will be the first point of contact for clients
- Support with briefing, planning, scheduling and delegation of tasks within the team to ensure efficient workflow
- Manage day-to-day tasks to ensure timely delivery of agreed work
- Help maintain clear and consistent communication between the client and the agency to ensure that all objectives are aligned and met
- Support the Client Services team in presenting work to clients and stakeholders
- Working closely with the Account Management Team to ensure the successful delivery of agreed work across Strategy, Development, Design, and Copy teams
- Liaise with our Strategy, Development, Design, and Copy teams to deliver seamless Budget management
- Support financial and administrative tasks related to client accounts
- Work with the team to ensure all deliverables are of high quality and adhere to brand guidelines
- Contribute to the maintenance and growth of allocated client accounts through in-depth understanding of client needs
