IT Service Analyst

This role involves working for the Harnham Group, the world leaders in data and analytics recruitment, starting as an IT Service Analyst to assist with both the day-to-day running of systems and our broader IT strategy.

This is an exciting time to join Harnham in this capacity, as you would start as the sole member of our on-site IT support team with substantial opportunities for progression. The training for this role is designed to grow it into a leadership position as the team expands, with the hope of eventually heading the team. This role will cover a broad range of responsibilities, including active onsite support for our global offices, involvement in cybersecurity, IT strategic road mapping, and reporting to senior stakeholders. Providing technical support to end-users regarding software, network, and hardware issues.
Troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware, and networking problems promptly and efficiently.
Installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software as needed.
Monitoring computer systems and networks daily to ensure optimal performance and security.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions.
Maintaining documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
Assisting in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
