About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at ARC IT Recruitment. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality data analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models and datasets to support business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data solutions are innovative and effective.
  • Lead and mentor junior data analysts to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance and quality control processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst in the insurance industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and quality control principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
