Client Services Account Manager

An industry leader in the Business Process Outsourcing industry are looking to appoint a number of Account Managers to support their growing list of global brand clients.
As a Client Services Account Manager, your role will be to build positive relationships with key accounts in a growing organisation.
Success comes from effective management of clients and internal stakeholders through clear communication. The goal is to grow and develop client accounts by maximising existing services, increasing sales, and ensuring client satisfaction.
In return for your hard work you will receive a starting salary between £33,000 and £42,000 DOE + bonus, excellent benefits and hybrid working.
Your role:
- Cultivate strong client relationships, addressing escalations and involving internal staff as needed. Document client business knowledge and communicate it internally.
- Handle day-to-day queries, ensuring effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Gain a deep understanding of products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Manage new product, project, or change briefings, serving as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support project delivery for new accounts, collaborating with project managers and teams.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management packs for structured client reviews, discussing forecasts, improvements, and growth.
- Generate detailed Management Information reports to keep clients informed of progress and performance.
About you:
- Experience within an account management or client facing position, ideally within a BPO.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative.
- Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and determined.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail.
