Our client, a successful, global restructuring firm, is currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Coordinator to join their team based in Mayfair.


The ideal candidate will have previous office coordination experience and will be experienced in onboarding new employees, managing IT systems, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.


Key responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating all aspects of onboarding new employees, overseeing paperwork and induction

- Managing IT systems and troubleshooting any issues that arise

- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and conducting regular safety audits

- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed


The successful candidate will have experience in an operations/ facilities management capacity, along with excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
