Office Angels are looking for an efficient **Receptionist / Administrator** to join a successful, professional and collaborative government administration company. This is a great opportunity to support with a wide variety of tasks within afriendly social office environment.

London Bridge | temp on-going with potential to go permanent | Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm | £12.98ph plus exclusive OA benefits | Office Based | Must be available to start immediately

**Duties**:

- Meeting and greeting
- Answering calls and forwarding on messages to the relevant contacts
- Booking meeting rooms
- Responsible for ensuring that stationery, catering and cleaning supplies and equipment are stored in a safe, accessible and methodical manner
- Photocopy, collate and dispatch agenda papers, minutes and reports, etc
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Carrying out of minor maintenance work, e.g. changing light bulbs, and keep an up-to-date log of such work
- To provide support to the ICT & Facilities Manager on projects relating to premises

**Requirements for the role**:

- Previous experience within a Receptionist / Administration position
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Problem solver
- Excellent Communication skills
