Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: South Essex, Kent & Sussex
Salary: £35K-£40K + Uncapped Commission
Benefits: Fully Expensed Company Car (Hybrid), 23 days + BH, laptop, mobile, pension
The Company: A leading provider of textile, hygiene, and facility services solutions. They are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join their team. This role focuses on selling bed and table linen, as well as towels, to independent hotels across Kent, South Essex, and Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent hotels
- Present and sell our range of bed and table linen, and towels
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
- Proven track record in new business development
- Highly organised, hardworking, and driven to succeed
- Previous experience in selling to the hospitality sector is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
