Customer Service Representative – Furniture Department


Rate of pay: £11.99 per hour plus an additional £1 per hour for working weekends.

Base pay rising to £12.70 after 6 months successful probation period is completed. This increases to £13.46 per hour, once you have met a certain skill set within the role


Shift: Working 4 Days on and 4 days off rota 9 am - 7 pm and your hours will be 33.25 hours per week*


Location: NEXT D2 Contact Centre , Armthorpe, Doncaster DN3 3FQ


Training: Training is full time for 3 weeks, applicants must be able to fully commit to full time training Monday to Friday 9-7pm.

*You must be able to commit to full time training and during our peak trading periods you’ll also be required to work an additional 4 hours for 20 weeks of the year.


Contract: Permanent

Our NEXT Home Department deals specifically with orders of home ware stylish furniture collections, home accessories, lighting and much more

As an integral member of our NEXT Home department, you'll play a crucial role in interacting with customers via phone, email, and web chat. Here, you'll have the autonomy and empowerment to make a real difference. This customer service role differs as there are no sales targets; your performance will solely be assessed based on the exceptional service you provide, allowing you to dedicate yourself entirely to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
