Role Overview:

Our client is looking for a Senior Workplace Interior Designer with a proven track record in delivering high-quality corporate workplace interiors. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design practice, possess excellent conceptual abilities, client management experience, and the capability to guide projects from concept through to completion.

This position comes with significant growth potential for candidates who demonstrate leadership, creativity, and a passion for design excellence.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of tender proposals and preparation of presentation materials.
  • Present proposals to clients and manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the design process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards.
  • Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment.

Pre-Project Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of tender proposals.
  • Oversee the preparation of tender presentation materials.
  • Lead or assist in the presentation of proposals to clients.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
  • Extensive experience in corporate workplace interiors.
  • Strong design, conceptual, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with project teams.
  • Experience managing projects from inception through to completion.
  • Familiarity with financial management of design projects is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign.
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations, British Standards, and relevant statutory legislation.
  • Experience in fast-track projects from inception to completion.
  • Eligible to work in the UK
