We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented eCommerce Listing Specialist to join our dynamic team.  You will be responsible for our Amazon Listings and Account health. Your tasks will centre around ensuring all listings are active, from maintaining accuracy and compliance to collaborating with Amazon support teams to resolve any issues.


The ideal candidate is someone who has a relentless mindset, is highly self motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus but not required. 


Located in CET timezone +/-2h.

The Role

This is a full-time freelance role. Here’s what you'll do:

  • Monitor and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Amazon support teams to resolve listing issues.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth.
  • Handle any additional tasks or challenges that arise, adapting to the needs of the team.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary (a few times a year).


Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years Ecommerce experience. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10 and Sellerise is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be pleasant to have around, work well in a team, and work hard. 
  • Fluent English speaker living in Europe.
