Overview:
Join a fast-growing D2C brand in food, drink, beauty, and FMCG, known for scaling rapidly from a family-owned startup to one of the UK's fastest-growing companies, recognized by the Financial Times. With turnover soaring from £40m to £300m in just two years, this role offers a chance to drive impactful growth strategies for leading global retailers like Target, Walmart, Tesco, and Costco, alongside DTC initiatives.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing ROI, trends, and e-commerce, with hands-on problem-solving.
- Manage the E-commerce Manager and collaborate with customer service and marketing teams.
- Develop and execute growth strategies, including creating creatives, funnels, and A/B testing.
- Drive online and offline sales through a flexible creative production process.
- Oversee website management, focusing on UI/UX improvements.
- Manage budgets and ad spend to maximize ROI, providing regular updates.
- Collaborate with Founders and leadership on growth strategies, distribution, and product development.
Experience Required:
- 7+ years scaling a DTC brand in various markets.
- Proven success in innovative content testing and refinement.
- Expertise in Shopify (ideally Plus).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, excelling in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in stakeholder relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Project and team management skills, with a focus on growth.
- Background in D2C brands, especially with subscription models.
- Preferred experience in investment banking, consulting, or industry growth.
