**Content & Digital Marketing Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is crucial to achieving our ambitious marketing objectives, including increasing organic enquiries, enhancing brand awareness for our clients, and improving engagement across multiple digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective content strategies to drive growth and engagement
  • Manage and create high-quality content for various digital platforms
  • Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to reach target audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, English, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation and digital marketing
  • Proven track record of driving growth through content and digital marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools
  • Ability to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with target audiences
  • Strong visual sense for designing or guiding the creation of graphics and videos (experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
