E-commerce Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Growth Manager to join our team at clockworkTalent Limited. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving significant growth in our online revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective short and long-term strategies for e-commerce growth, leveraging your expertise in marketing and leadership.
- Manage the P&L and be accountable for commercial and technical innovations to gain market share.
- Lead a small team, reporting to you, and collaborate with the existing booking system and company back office team.
- Stay up-to-date with marketing and industry trends, seasonal shifts, and algorithm updates to inform your strategies.
- Monitor sales and marketing strategy effectiveness, using internal bespoke systems and Power BI for quarterly business plan reviews.
- Drive business growth, with a focus on gross margins and profitability of products.
- Ensure regular management reporting and effective time management, with a high level of competence in project management and achieving multiple goals simultaneously.
- 6+ years of marketing/growth leadership experience, delivering effective strategies for e-commerce growth.
- Experience in driving significant e-commerce growth, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent digital marketing knowledge, with a strong understanding of trading channels and levers.
- Data-driven and analytical, with a high attention to detail and a pragmatic approach.
- Ability to manage a team, with a strong focus on leadership and development.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a car.
- Basic salary circa £65k, depending on experience.
