About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Growth Manager to join our team at clockworkTalent Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and innovation of one of our digital native brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to increase online revenue streams
  • Replicate the roadmap for product listings, SEO, marketing, DPR, and great UX/UI to drive significant eCommerce growth
  • Build and lead a small team, reporting to you, to focus on growing the brand's online presence
  • Manage the P&L and be accountable for commercial and technical innovations to gain market share
  • Collaborate with the existing booking system and company back office team to ensure seamless integration
Requirements
  • 6+ years of marketing/growth leadership experience delivering effective short and long-term strategies for eCommerce growth
  • Proven success in driving significant eCommerce growth, enabling you to draw on that experience and make smart decisions
  • Commercial experience, managing the P&L and monitoring sales & marketing strategy to ensure delivery effectiveness
  • Excellent digital marketing knowledge, familiar with trading channels and levers, with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
  • Data-driven and analytical, with high attention to detail, balanced with a pragmatic approach
  • Regular management reporting, using internal bespoke systems and Power BI, undertaking quarterly business plan reviews of gross margins and profitability of product
  • Valid UK driving license and own a car
  • Energetic and conscious of time management, with a high level of competence in project management, and achieving multiple goals simultaneously
