**Job Opportunity**

They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business and work on a number of newly secured projects across various regions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes.
  • Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works to facilitate accurate project pricing.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience of working within the Mechanical and Electrical sector.
  • Degree qualified in quantity surveying or a similar field (HNC, etc) (Desirable).
