As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects across several sites in the North West, ensuring that our high standards of health and safety are maintained, and generating and leading communications with clients on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all day-to-day activities on the construction site.
  • Ensure that workers and subcontractors follow project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular safety briefings, audits, and inspections to ensure the site is hazard-free.
  • Handle onsite incidents in accordance with incident response protocols.
  • Liaise between various site teams, contractors, and the project management team.
  • Monitor work quality and ensure it aligns with project specifications and standards.
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly to minimize project delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including work progress, incidents, inspections, and workforce attendance.
  • Manage progress and schedule updates into clients, as per the project communication plan.
  • Support cost estimation and quote creation with divisional lead.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and tools.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects to a given deadline.
  • Strong individual with the ability to work independently or collaboratively with team members.
  • Knowledge of health and safety and CDM regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • IOSH/NEBOSH qualification or equivalent (preferable).
  • CSCS / SMSTS / SSSTS qualification required.
