About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Growth Manager to join our team at clockworkTalent Limited. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving significant growth in our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective short and long-term strategies for e-commerce growth
  • Lead a small team to replicate the roadmap for product listings, SEO, marketing, DPR, and great UX/UI
  • Manage the P&L and be accountable for commercial and technical innovations to gain market share
  • Monitor sales and marketing strategy, ensuring delivery effectiveness
  • Keep abreast of marketing and industry trends, seasonal shifts, market forces, and algorithm updates
Requirements
  • 6+ years of marketing/growth leadership experience delivering effective strategies for e-commerce growth
  • Experience of success in driving significant e-commerce growth, enabling you to draw on that experience and make smart decisions
  • Commercial experience, managing the P&L and monitoring sales and marketing strategy
  • Data-driven and analytical, with high attention to detail and a pragmatic approach
  • Excellent digital marketing knowledge, familiar with trading channels and levers
  • Regular management reporting, using internal bespoke systems and Power BI
  • Valid UK driving license and own a car
