Senior Product Manager - Contact Center Technology
Our client is a leading financial services provider, who is looking for someone to lead the development of their Contact Center Technology products, in a hands on role. This can either be a contract or permanent position.
What you will be doing:
- Work as part of the product and client experience team to deliver an extraordinary client experience and product across the entire product lifecycle (discovery, design, delivery, QA, and release) – this role will be focusing on Contact Centre technology
- Gain a deep understanding of our target clients, our competitors, our business, our industry and regulations in order to drive new solutions and products that drive the financial success of our clients and help to scale our business
- You will be a senior member of the team and help coach more junior members
- Work together with UX designers and Engineers to discover and deliver new product features and experiences; translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes for the product
- Drive prioritisation activities and manage the product backlog; write JIRA tickets, own your product's roadmap
- Gather and manage client / product feedback through methods such as surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing, and competitive intel
What you will bring:
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or related discipline ideally building out Contact Center technology solutions
- You are client focused always and have a demonstrated track record of building user experiences and products that customers love
- You are comfortable in agile development methodologies
- You have strong technical intuition and love good design; you are comfortable discussing technology with engineers and architects as well as user flow with UX strategists.
- Previous experience in Wealth Management/Retail Banking would be hugely advantageous
