The company is growing at a rapid pace and is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to take them to the next level by creating alignment and cohesion across IT, Account Management and Data teams.
If you have leadership experience in a Series A-B startup and have led on B2B customer services in a global setting, this role is for you
What you'll be doing:-
- Analyse and interpret data to drive performance across the business
- Lead and coordinate teams across account management, IT and data responsible for the delivery of product and services to customers.
- Take a hands-on approach to leadership and provide day-to-day guidance and support to the team.
What you'll need:-
- 7+ years experience in a customer-facing management role in early stage/series A-B startup environment
- Degree, or equivalent experience, in a technical (e.g engineering) or analytical subject
- Ability to work from London office 2-3 days per week, with occasional travel across the UK and Europe
- Highly organised and structured, including evidence of working with customers globally
- Creative approach to problem solving with customers and internal stakeholders
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading small teams and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of inspiring and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
