About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and competent Receptionist for our Administration Department. This is a Part-Time position which will be on-site 3 days a week. Our ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience performing a multitude of clerical duties in a professional environment. The primary aspect of the role is to facilitate daily administrative proceedings and be the initial point of contact for guests.
What You'll Do
- Answering, screening and forwarding calls/messages to the relevant stakeholders.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages/deliveries.
- Greet and accommodate visitors, accompanying them to specific member of staff as required.
- Maintain the upkeep and impression of the front reception and adjoining meeting rooms
- Perform administrative responsibilities for multiple departments, including booking travel, ordering lunches, buying/ordering stationery.
Experience
- 2 years' experience as a Receptionist or similar administrative role
- Proven abilities in Microsoft Applications
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Self Motivated
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask while remaining detail-oriented
