About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Cromlyn House Veterinary Hospital. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering phone calls, booking appointments, and managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries
  • Booking appointments and managing the schedule
  • Registering new clients and completing insurance forms
  • Dispensing medications and taking payments
  • Providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients
Requirements
  • Previous receptionist experience, preferably in a veterinary setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management systems
