About the client
The Management Recruitment Group is a Facilities Manager for a housing provider in Croydon.
Accountabilities
- Responsible for voids and repairs
- Management and coordination of a facilities services team
- Carry out inspections and compliance checks
- Responsible for planned preventative maintenance PPM
- Ensure health and safety procedures are in place
- Implement safe system of work guidelines
- Monitoring FM budgets
Candidate Requirements
- Available to start immediately
- Proven experience in FM
- Willing to travel to Croydon as required
- Recognised professional qualification or working towards
- Previous experience in housing, public sector or the charity sector preferably
