About the client

The Management Recruitment Group is a Facilities Manager for a housing provider in Croydon.


Accountabilities

  • Responsible for voids and repairs
  • Management and coordination of a facilities services team
  • Carry out inspections and compliance checks
  • Responsible for planned preventative maintenance PPM
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are in place
  • Implement safe system of work guidelines
  • Monitoring FM budgets


Candidate Requirements

  • Available to start immediately
  • Proven experience in FM
  • Willing to travel to Croydon as required
  • Recognised professional qualification or working towards
  • Previous experience in housing, public sector or the charity sector preferably
