Commercial Director

This role will be working within a leading D&B Contractor focusing on delivering CAT B fit out and refurbishment projects up to £10million within Central London.


This is a new position within the business and will be responsible for overseeing the commercial and production of multiple projects. You will be focused on nurturing client relationships to allow for repeat, continuous work and also oversee costs, planning, procurement and execution of projects from initial client engagement through to project handover and any aftercare required.


Duties will include;

  • Work alongside the design and delivery team to implement strategies agreed for all tendered and negotiated projects
  • De-risk design and procurement functions
  • Manage and allocate commercial and project management resources for CAT B fit out projects
  • Oversee H&S requirements
  • Oversee and manage financial reporting of projects within the team and upstream to senior management
