Role Overview:
As a Client Services Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client services and business development teams. Your contributions will be vital to the smooth operation of our auction house, ensuring that we continue to provide outstanding service to our clients.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Front of House Duties: Greet and host visitors, maintaining a high level of customer service and embodying our company values.
- Customer Enquiries: Handle enquiries in person, electronically, and over the phone with professionalism and efficiency.
- Client Registration: Assist in registering customers for viewings and valuations, adhering to company and governmental processes.
- Invoice Management: Support the accounts team with raising and settling customer invoices.
- Logistics Support: Aid the logistics team in the movement of goods.
- Auction Assistance: Allocate bids and assist bidders before and during auctions; approve online registrations.
- Client Coordination: Work on key client coordination, maintaining client details on our CRM system.
- Relationship Building: Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in creating sales pitches, conducting market research, and supporting social media strategies.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Business Development Manager and other department heads.
- Event Participation: Help organise and attend events, supporting the marketing team.
