L&M Healthcare provide expert care in a luxurious home from home environment. We specialise personalised dementia care that develops, sustains and where possible, improves mental and motor skills.

We are looking for Registered Mental Health/LD nurses to work days at our service Cherry Tree House in Romiley. We have a 48 hour position vacant.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience of supporting those with dementia, you will play a crucial role in caring for the people we support and will make a positive impact every single day.

Must be RMN/LD qualified.

What we are looking for:
* Experienced, fully registered nurse who is passionate about care of the elderly.
* A positive caring professional with experience in caring for residents with dementia.
* Experienced in all aspects of medicine management.
* Able to provide leadership to the care functions within the unit.
* A keen eye and exceptional attention to detail.
* Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines calmly in the time assigned.
* Ability to develop care plans in collaboration with residents and carers, and where appropriate, friends and family.
* Someone who is motivated and takes pride in their work
* Barrels of personality and enthusiasm by the gallon
