About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Carestaff Solutions. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with mental health conditions in various settings, including community, step-down projects, and low, medium, and high-secure units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to individuals with mental health conditions, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify needs, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in mental health care.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC PIN (RMN / RNLD)
  • Mental Health Nursing qualification or currently completing preceptorship
  • High clinical standards
  • Caring nature with good interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic and friendly
  • Flexible and reliable
  • A passion to help others
