About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Carestaff Solutions. As a specialist in supporting adults with Mental Health conditions, you will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including community, step-down projects, and secure units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to adults with Mental Health conditions
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective care plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain expertise
Requirements
  • Valid NMC PIN (RMN / RNLD)
  • Mental Health Nursing qualification or currently completing preceptorship
  • High clinical standards and a caring nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
