CAMHS Crisis Team Member Opportunity

Hunter Gatherer Mental Health is seeking a dedicated and professional Mental Health Nurse Specialist to join their CAMHS Crisis team in Greater Manchester. As a key member of the team, you will work alongside experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist mental health care to children and adolescents in crisis
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the NMC
  • Proven experience in a CPN recovery role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
