About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Carestaff Solutions. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to adults with mental health conditions in various settings, including community, step-down projects, and secure units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with mental health conditions
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify individual needs and goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, families, and carers
  • Participate in training and professional development to maintain clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC PIN (RMN / RNLD)
  • Mental Health Nursing qualification or currently completing preceptorship
  • High clinical standards and a caring nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
