About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Carestaff Solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to adults with mental health conditions in various settings.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health nursing.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC PIN (RMN / RNLD)
  • Mental Health Nursing qualification or currently completing preceptorship
  • High clinical standards
  • Caring nature with good interpersonal skills
