About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Carestaff Solutions. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with mental health conditions in various settings, including community, step-down projects, and secure units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to adults with mental health conditions
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct assessments, identify needs, and develop strategies to support service users
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapies to promote recovery and well-being
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed
Requirements
  • Valid NMC PIN (RMN / RNLD)
  • Mental Health Nursing qualification or currently completing preceptorship
  • High clinical standards and a caring nature with good interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic and friendly with a passion to help others
  • Flexible and reliable with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
