- Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees and improve leadership capabilities.
- Drive the transition from agency-based staffing to a more stable salaried workforce.
- Collaborate with site leadership to improve ways of working and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support the transition of leadership responsibilities following the departure of key site leaders, ensuring stability and effective decision-making.
- Champion a safety-first culture, reinforcing adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards.
- Standardize and implement HR policies and procedures, addressing gaps to ensure consistency and alignment with best practices.
- Partner with cross-site teams to ensure compliance with ESG goals and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive HR experience within manufacturing or FMCG environments.
- Proven success in managing complex employee relations and driving cultural change.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organisational change projects, particularly those involving workforce transitions and process improvements.
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR policy implementation.
- A mix of strategic vision and hands-on problem-solving capabilities.
- CIPD Level 5 (essential); CIPD Level 7 (desirable).
What We Offer
This is a unique opportunity to join a business at a critical point of transformation. You’ll work on meaningful projects that shape the future of the site, from improving workforce structures to embedding a high-performance culture.
If you’re passionate about making a tangible impact and driving HR excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you.
