This leading provider of large-format graphics, based in Hertfordshire is seeking a Business/Project Administrator to join its thriving office on a permanent basis.
The role will be very broad and will involve supporting a number of areas in the business; working with the procurement team, finance team, estimating team and production team to help ensure that they work in an efficient and timely manner and all aspects of project planning and delivery run smoothly.
You will also ensure that all permits, passes and other paperwork are in place for the installation teams to do their jobs in a timely manner.
Additionally, you will help to establish effective agency wide project governance, processes, and systems to ensure that everything runs smoothly on a daily basis.
The company is also keen to provide a career pathway within the business and there is an opportunity for this role to grow into a fully-fledged account/project manager, where you will manage the delivery of your own projects.
Applicants must be dynamic, highly organised, excellent communicators, good negotiators, and available for a quick start. A solid project/business administration background, ideally within a design studio, architectural practice, or printers is desirable and full knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
Due to the nature of the role you will be required to be office based 5 days a week. Free onsite parking is available.
