The Role:


The Supply Chain Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and improving the day-to-day supply chain operations for items sent to repair depots across Europe. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop and maintain key relationships with vendors while driving operational efficiencies that directly impact customer satisfaction. You will work closely with various teams, from IT to customer service, ensuring seamless integration and a world-class customer experience.

The Supply Chain Manager will:


  • Manage relationships with European repair vendors, ensuring they meet service level agreements.
  • Develop and optimise processes to improve turnaround times and operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain KPI dashboards for monitoring service delivery and cost analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the development of scalable processes across all product categories.

The Supply Chain Manager will have/ be:


  • Proven experience in managing third-party vendors.
  • Strong project management and planning abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in large datasets.
  • Proactive problem solver with a growth mindset.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
