Director of Supply Chain Management

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Supply Chain Management to spearhead the development and execution of our supply chain strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring seamless componentry sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, and product fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain operations, with a proven track record of driving efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service levels. You will be responsible for managing our warehouse facility and team, recommending and integrating new systems, processes, and partners to support our growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supply Chain Ownership: Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality components.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts, ensuring adequate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of driving supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
